Doing What Matters

Caring for Our Apple Orchards

The orchards are part of the identity of the estate. We tend the apple with care, between heritage, attention to the living world and evolving practices

Our vision

A Heritage Worth Preserving

Apple growing is rare in Provence, where the natural conditions seldom favour it. Yet our orchards have been part of the estate for over 50 years, woven into its identity and history. We have chosen to maintain them, with care, despite a terroir little suited to fruit arboriculture. The work demands constant observation and adaptation to the rhythms of the place. Season by season, we evolve our practices to preserve this singular heritage, while respecting the pace of nature around us.

Working with Nature

Growing with Care

Managed under organic certification, our orchards reflect a deep respect for living systems and natural balance. Natural grass cover, wildflower strips and adapted soil management preserve soil life and promote biodiversity. These practices support the trees while limiting interventions. We refine our methods season by season, observing the orchard and responding to its needs, to anchor our arboriculture in the rhythms of the estate and its environment.

Our Practices Today

Un travail en constante évolution

Our approach to arboriculture is in constant motion, driven by experimentation, training and dialogue with specialists. We advance our practices alongside experts, testing new methods suited to the orchard. Gentle pruning, refined growing techniques and social initiatives all enrich our expertise.

This dynamic allows us to accompany our orchards while preserving their balance and history, in a steady pursuit of the right gesture.
